In addition to standard delivery times, please allow an extra 6-8 business days for all personalized orders.

Personalized products are non-returnable. Please carefully confirm customization details before placing your order.

Pre-orders and High Demand Products

Some products are in high demand and may take up to 10 business days to ship. This information can be found on the product page and at checkout.

If your order contains in-stock items, they will be shipped within our standard delivery time.

Delivery Time

Delivery times are approximate. Glints Collective is not responsible for delays during holidays or other unforeseen circumstances. During promotional periods, we recommend allowing an additional 1-2 business days beyond standard delivery times.

Order Modifications & Shipping Notes

Once an order is placed, Glints Collective cannot modify any order details, including delivery address. Please double-check your information carefully.

All orders include full insurance and logistics tracking. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
